Meet
Daniel Hill Sr., MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CMSRN, RN-BC
Daniel Hill is a dual board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner and co-founder of Greener Hill Psychiatric. His journey in healthcare began with over 14 years of honorable service in the United States Army, serving multiple tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a combat medic. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University, and a Post-Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. He has diverse clinical experience across various clinical specialties, including mental health, addiction medicine, health care leadership and management, orthopedics, sleep management, weight management, urgent care, and family practice.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the nursing profession, Daniel was selected as a 2022 Great 100 Nurses of North Carolina Awardee and was subsequently honored with the 2025 ECU College of Nursing Regional Impact Award.
Outside of healthcare, Daniel cherishes his free time spent with his family and supporting ECU athletics.

Kaitlyn Hill, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Kaitlyn Hill is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and co-founder of Greener Hill Psychiatric. She has extensive experience in a variety of health care settings, including experience in the mental health, emergency department, urgent care clinics, and weight-loss. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, PMDD, and insomnia and vast experience in multiple areas of practice, including mental health, weight loss, urgent care, and emergency care.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching ECU baseball, and competitively running.
