• First and foremost, you will not be charged any money as part of the signup process. There is no reservation fee or deposit. Your card will only be charged, depending on your plan, either at the time services are rendered (in-network insurance) or 24 hours prior to your appointment (cash pay plan). 
• Confused about which appointment type to pick? 
• PICK TELEHEALTH INITIAL APPOINTMENT IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING THREE CRITERIA APPLY TO YOU:
  • You are a new patient and want to be seen online via telehealth.
  • You are not being evaluated for ADHD.
  • You are not currently prescribed a controlled substance.
• PICK IN-PERSON INITIAL APPOINTMENT IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO YOU:
  • You are a new patient and you want to be seen in-person for your initial appointment.
  • You want to be evaluated for ADHD.
  • You are already prescribed a controlled substance as part of your treatment plan and are transferring care to us (PLEASE SEE FAQ PAGE).
  • ***Being seen via this option DOES NOT GUARENTEE we will prescribe any specific medication to you; it only allows us to consider additional options in your treatment plan.

It is imperative you complete the pre-visit assessments that will automatically be sent to your email PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST VISIT. It takes up a significant amount of time filling this out during your appointment time and this will reduce the amount of time spent on your mental health concern. THESE FORMS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO YOU AS SOON AS YOU SIGN UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT VIA EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE.

Please be aware if you book an appointment and do not show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be assessed a $50 no-show fee.
